However, if you request cancellation within five (5) calendar days from your initial enrollment date and no membership benefits or services have been utilized, you will be eligible for a full refund. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@teaminformed.com. Any requests received after benefits or services have been utilized or beyond the five-day period are non-refundable.
Digital Products:
All digital products purchased from The Informed Consultant are non-refundable due to immediate accessibility upon purchase. Exceptions may be considered solely at the discretion of The Informed Consultant if the digital product is defective or does not match the product description. Any refund requests under these circumstances must be submitted within three (3) calendar days from the date of purchase in writing to support@teaminformed.com.
